New agreement on the mutual recognition of dog show judges between the Kennel Club (UK) and the FCI

The FCI is happy to announce that a revised version of the current agreement on the mutual recognition of dog show judges was signed on Thursday 9 March 2017 with the Kennel Club (UK) on the occasion of the Eukanuba World Challenge and Crufts in Birmingham.

The Working Group for Restructuring the FCI (WGRF) held its final meeting on March 21st, 2017 in Amsterdam at the Head Office of the Raad van Beheer.

After their international dog show on the previous weekend, the Lithuanian canine organisation held a workshop on 6-7 March, which main focus was on the initiatives aiming at raising the awareness of the general public regarding dogs and their role in society.

April began with a visit of an FCI delegation to Leipzig: a tour of the WDS venue and a meeting with the main stakeholders in this event were organised in the city which will soon host one of the major events of the canine calendar.
